2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
3) Content You Submit (Comments, Media, Posts)
- When you submit comments or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for operating and improving the Services.
- Comments: We collect the data shown in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user-agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it (see their privacy policy at automattic.com/privacy). Once approved, your profile image may be publicly visible with your comment.
- Media: Avoid uploading images that include embedded location (EXIF GPS) data. Visitors may download and extract location data from images on the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Propbotics or its directors, officers, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of INR 10,000 or the amounts (if any) you paid to us for the specific Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Propbotics and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your content; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
13) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) will survive termination.

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
